The Intro
Our Intro service is perfect for first-time clients looking to experience our leggings and merchandise line. This contactless, online service provides everything you need to make your first purchase easy and informed. You'll receive detailed brand and product education, including sizing measurements and in-depth information about fabric types and product features. As part of the service, you’ll also find the perfect fit for your needs. A single product purchase of eligible items is required (this is included in the service fee).
Get It MADE
For those interested in customized leggings or merchandise, our Get It Made service is essential. This service is designed for made-to-order designs and product customization requests. It includes a personalized consultation, education on our brand, detailed sizing measurements, product fit insights, and fabric and feature breakdowns. With this service, you’ll receive two products of your choice, ensuring the perfect start to your custom experience. client. We believe in empowering our customers through personalized fashion experiences.
Custom MADE
A high-end, confidential offering for our existing clients. It includes a one-on-one consultation where we’ll work together on your unique concept and vision for your leggings or merchandise. This service also includes custom hand sketching, by Madison Haynes, in-depth brand education, precise sizing measurements, and detailed insights into product fit, fabrics, and features. Tailored specifically to your needs, it ensures your creation is just right for you.

Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions. NT THE ARTIST is a subsidiary of Madison Taylor MADE. By accessing our services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before the point of service.1. Services and Consultations
- MADISON TAYLOR MADE is a fee-based service provider.
- An INTRO service (brand and product education) consultation may be required before booking Custom or Celebrity MADE services.
- Depending on the nature of the requested service, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and additional contractual agreements may be required.
- All personalized services and client details are strictly confidential.
2. Fees and Pricing
- All design service and consulting fees are final.
- Design fees may or may not include production, manufacturing, shipping costs, or applicable sales tax.
- Service fees are subject to change at any time due to market fluctuations, at the sole discretion of the brand.
3. Pre-Orders and Production Timelines
- Pre-order is required for all made-to-order products.
- Standard domestic production time for made-to-order pieces is 2 to 3 weeks (up to 21 business days).
- Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to global supply chain conditions.
4. Refund and Exchange Policy
- Due to the highly customized and sensitive nature of our business, we do not offer refunds, service returns, or product exchanges.
- All designer, product, and consulting fees are final.
5. Client Accounts and Exclusive Archives
- Original Artwork Archives are produced in limited releases and are strictly available to registered clients.
- Qualified referrals must verify their Friends and Family status prior to the point of service.
- We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, deactivate, or permanently close accounts at our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for the misuse or misrepresentation of our brand.

NT THE ARTIST can retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Madison Haynes will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.
